Forest Dunn - The Journey
Forest’s passion for two wheels began at an early age with a promising start in 4x mountain bike racing, regularly giving future British champions a run for their money. Unfortunately, an end to local competitions meant that he was unable to compete at a higher level. A keen cyclist, he continued to ride for pleasure, something he still works into his current fitness regimes.
In 2011, after a couple of years of road racing, Forest took part in his first Trackday at Brands Hatch circuit in Kent on his trusted Suzuki GSXR-750. Quickly adapting to the ride style needed, he was lapping faster than the more experienced riders on higher quality bikes. The next 12 months were spent gaining experience at a wide variety of UK circuits. In 2012, Forest improved further and having shown great promise at the Chris Walker Race School under the tuition of British Supersport champion Ben Wilson, he upgraded to a race prepared GSXR-1000.
Since that point, Forest has competed in the National British Superstock 1000 Championship and various other races, including Grand Prix and Northwest 200. This year, in only his fourth season of racing, Forest competed in the world renowned Isle of Man TT races.
Forest will continue to race at this level as a minimum, as well as the Irish National road races and Wildcard rounds at British Superbikes and Spanish Cev Repsol Superbikes.
